(1) To provide relief and financial support to the victims, the Administrator: The committee will withdraw grant money from the fund to the local gender violence prevention fund as needed.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), until the establishment of a local gender violence prevention fund, the relevant local level or the district administration office of the relevant district, if recommended by the board of directors, may disburse funds in the name of the local level.
(3) According to sub-rule (1) or (2) the details of the amount received and the expenses incurred therefrom shall be sent to the Ministry on a quarterly basis by the concerned local level.
